Warranty Terms

  1. If you ever have an issue rest assured all our products come with 12 months Australian manufacturer’s warranty or Recordstylus Australia  warranty, if you any issues please contact us.
  2. We have in some cases direct return to manufacturers and distributers cutting down on handling and repair times.
  3. Return postage costs are covered for all warranties.
  4. All warranty returns must have be issued with RA (Return Authorisation) number before being returned to us. Mark this number clearly on the outside of the returned package. (Not the product package)
